The NCD-GoI ANM application is a valuable tool for health-workers to effectively assess and manage the health needs of their community. With this application, health-workers can conduct population enumeration, assess risks for the enrolled population, and screen individuals for five Non Communicable Diseases: Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer, and Cervical Cancer.

Furthermore, this application enables health-workers to refer individuals to higher facilities for necessary treatment and disease management, based on the screening results. Not only that, but the NCD-GoI ANM application also includes features that allow health-workers to closely monitor treatment adherence and evaluate their own performance, as well as that of the sub-center, against set targets.
